Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions:

• Before Preparation: Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them.
• After Preparation: Orders that are already prepared cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Refund Policy

If an order is canceled before preparation, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. If the order is not eligible for cancellation, no refunds will be provided.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please:

• Go to the "My Orders" section in the DropEat app.
• Select the order you wish to cancel.
• Click on the "Cancel Order" button.
• Confirm your cancellation request.
