- Service Fees: A small service charge may be applied to orders.
- Delivery Charges: Based on the distance and location of delivery.
- Taxes: GST and other applicable taxes are included in the final price.
2. Price Changes
DropEat reserves the right to change menu prices, service charges, and other fees at any time without prior notice. However, the price at the time of placing the order will be applicable.
3. Discounts & Promotions
We frequently offer discounts, coupon codes, and promotional offers. These discounts may have conditions, such as:
- Minimum order value requirements.
- Limited-time availability.
- Applicable only to specific restaurants or categories.
4. Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods, including:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders
- Wallet Payments
5. Refund Policy
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified. Refunds are processed only under exceptional cases such as:
- Order not delivered.
- Incorrect or damaged food received.
- Payment failures.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping (Delivery) Policy

DropEat currently provides food delivery services in selected cities and areas. Availability is subject to restaurant and vendor coverage in your location.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on multiple factors such as restaurant preparation time, distance, and traffic conditions. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 30-60 minutes
- Express Delivery: 20-40 minutes (available for selected vendors)
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on factors such as:
- Distance from the restaurant to the delivery location.
- Order value (free delivery may apply on orders above a certain amount).
- Promotional offers (discounted or waived fees may apply).
4. Order Tracking
Once an order is placed, you can track it through:
- Real-time order tracking in the DropEat app.
- SMS/Email notifications for order status updates.
- Live chat support for queries.
5. Non-Delivery & Delay Cases
If your order is not delivered within the estimated time, it could be due to:
- Unexpected restaurant delays.
- Weather conditions or traffic issues.
- Incorrect delivery address.
- High order volume during peak hours.
In such cases, our support team will update you regarding the status and provide solutions.
6. Failed Deliveries
Orders may be marked as failed if:
- The customer is unreachable or does not answer calls.
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The customer refuses to accept the order without valid reasons.
No refunds will be provided for failed deliveries due to customer negligence.
